Morgan represents clients throughout the states of New Jersey and New York, with a practice focusing on toxic tort, construction, and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining LCBF, Morgan served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Douglas M. Fasciale, P.J.A.D., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
Morgan received her J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in New Jersey. She was the Executive Editor of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal and on the executive board of the Employment Law Forum. While in law school, Morgan interned for the Honorable Anne M. Patterson and the Honorable Jaynee LaVecchia on the New Jersey Supreme Court. She also clerked at a law firm, assisting in general litigation matters.
Before law school, Morgan graduated from Marist College, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice.
