Zahra represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters in New Jersey, including insurance litigation, municipal law, general negligence, MVA litigation, premises liability and professional liability actions.

Prior to joining LCBF, Zahra clerked for the Hon. Annette Scoca, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County, gaining experience in both the family and civil division dockets.

Zahra graduated from Rutgers Law School – Newark. During law school, she interned for the Hon. Annette Scoca, J.S.C. She also served as an intern for the in-house legal department of Novartis Pharmaceuticals, where she gained experience in mergers and acquisitions, litigation, labor and employment, ethics and compliance, privacy, and patents. She was the Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Rutgers Race & the Law Review, a Legal Fellow for the Center for Security, Race & Rights and a Teaching Assistant for the first-year Legal Analysis, Research & Writing course.

Zahra received her master’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Louisville and her bachelor’s degree in history and psychology from Rutgers University.
