Joe represents clients throughout New York in state and federal courts. His practice focuses on trial advocacy and litigation related to employment, professional liability, and transportation.
Prior to joining LCBF, Joe was an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County. He handled felony cases from inception to plea or trial. He has tried both bench and jury trials and has presented numerous cases to the grand jury.
Joe received his law degree from Boston College Law School, cum laude, where Joe was a student attorney (S.J.C. Rule 3:03) with the criminal defense clinic, BC Defenders. Joe was a public interest fellow and received the Pro Bono Excellence Award for completing over 100 pro bono hours. He was a member of the Academic Standards Committee and national Mock Trial team.
