
Gina represents a wide range of clients in state and federal courts on a variety of matters, including employment, transportation, and professional malpractice litigation.
Prior to joining LCBF, Gina was an associate at a New York City litigation firm where her practice focused primarily on employment litigation. Her prior experience also includes construction industry labor disputes, immigration compliance and counseling, multi-party wage and hour litigation and ERISA litigation.
While in law school, she served as a student attorney with the John Jay Legal Services Immigration Justice Clinic, where she successfully represented indigent clients before USCIS, Immigration Court and New York State Family Court. She was also a member of the Pace International Law Society and the Pace Italian American Law Organization, and served as a Student Ambassador.
