Eastern District jury quickly renders defense verdict for law firm in alleged discrimination case

An Eastern District of New York jury rendered a defense verdict for a Long Island law firm accused by a former employee of hostile work environment, retaliation, and constructive discharge in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000, et seq., 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and the New York State Human Rights Law.
