Melanie Suhrada has extensive experience handling jury trials and all other phases of civil litigation in the state and federal courts of New York, including appellate argument.  She is also licensed to practice in New Jersey.  Her practice focuses on toxic torts, labor and employment law, professional liability and disciplinary proceedings, the Federal Employers' Liability Act, Section 1983 civil rights claims, and product liability.  Recent trial results include a defense verdict in a lead-based paint case tried in Brooklyn.
