Jim Woolsey has been practicing law for over 23 years and has tried more than 30 cases to verdict in the state and federal courts of New York, Connecticut, and Kentucky and has appeared as counsel for parties in litigation in a number of other states.  Jim is frequently asked to handle catastrophic injury cases shortly before trial. He concentrates his practice in the defense of cases involving the Federal Employers' Liability Act, construction accidents/New York Labor Law, employment law, toxic torts, professional liability and premises liability.
