Andrew represents individuals and a variety of corporate clients in all aspects of civil defense litigation, including Federal Employers' Liability Act, New York Labor Law, premises liability, and professional malpractice. He has tried cases in New York state and federal courts and he has served as local trial counsel for out-of-state firms.
