
Joseph represents clients throughout the states of New Jersey and New York, with a practice focusing on insurance defense, construction, and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining LCBF, Joseph was an associate at a New Jersey law firm, where he mainly focused on local government law, landlord/tenant law, land use, and general litigation. Previously, he clerked for the Hon. Angela White Dalton, Family Division, Superior Court of New Jersey.
Joseph graduated from Rutgers Law School-Newark. While in law school, he interned for the Hon. Helen Gillmor in the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii, the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, and the U.S. Department of Justice’s Executive Office for Immigration Review.
Joseph is a graduate of The George Washington University where he majored in International Affairs.
