
Stuart represents clients in of a wide variety of cases, including those involving workplace accident, professional malpractice, lead poisoning, and slip and fall claims.
Prior to joining LCBF, Stuart worked at a New York City litigation firm focusing on construction litigation. Previously, he served as a Special Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York Law Department Tort Division where he was responsible for defending the City in a diverse array of legal matters.
Stuart graduated from Syracuse University College of Law, where he worked under the tutelage of experienced lawyers during his externship with Legal Services of Central New York and internship with the Syracuse Community Development Law Clinic. Stuart received his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut, where he majored in Economics with a double minor in Political Science and Business Administration.
