Jaime works hard to craft defenses that are tailored to the client's goals in a wide range of complex civil litigation matters in federal and state courts. Her practice focuses primarily on employment, toxic tort, and products liability litigation. Jaime has extensive experience in drafting and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, taking depositions, and negotiating settlements on behalf of her clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Jaime represented clients in commercial litigation matters, including contractual and employment disputes, and cases involving allegations of discrimination. In law school, Jaime served as the Executive Editor of the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics, and Public Policy and the Vice President of the Appellate Moot Court Team. Her strong background in writing and oral advocacy allows her to take a strategic, nuanced approach to each case.
