
Edumin represents clients in a variety of legal matters throughout the state of New York and New Jersey. His practice focuses on general litigation and commercial and business litigation.
Prior to joining LCBF, Edumin clerked for the Hon. Mayra V. Tarantino, Civil Division, Superior Court of New Jersey, where he regularly observed jury trials and court proceedings, acted as a court-certified mediator in Special Civil Part cases, and drafted decisions for a wide variety of legal matters involving employment discrimination, consumer and securities fraud, premises liability/torts, and insurance coverage issues.
Edumin received his law degree from Rutgers Law School, where he served as a Managing Comments and Notes Editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal and as a Legal Research and Writing teaching assistant. While a law student, Edumin also interned at the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, Securities Fraud Section and United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
Edumin graduated from the University of Miami, cum laude, with a bachelor’s degree in Ecosystem Science and Policy and Political Science.
