The Firm is proud that it devotes considerable resources training young attorneys to become excellent trial lawyers. Soon after becoming associated with the Firm, our associates participate in all aspects of representing our clients.  They take depositions, draft and argue motions, communicate with clients, make court appearances and manage their own files.  Associates also are formally reviewed twice a year by at least two members, at which time they are given feedback, advice and constructive criticism about their performance.

The Firm is equally proud of its collegial work environment.  Attorneys and staff work together and freely give guidance to and assist one another.  Firm members exercise a true “open door” policy in which associates are encouraged to seek advice and guidance in all aspects of their work. The Firm hosts various social functions throughout the year to encourage this collegial, cooperative atmosphere.

The Firm recruits candidates who have superior academic credentials.  Most frequently, we hire admitted attorneys who have completed a judicial clerkship or lateral attorneys with relevant experience.  The Firm also considers law school students for its summer associate program.
