Philip DiBerardino has extensive litigation experience before state and federal courts within New York.  He specializes in the defense of claims brought under the Federal Employers' Liability Act and transportation-related accidents, as well as defense of owners and construction contractors in high-exposure Labor Law matters.  His experience also includes a rich background in products liability, toxic tort, and premises liability claims.  Phil also assists our clients with proactive involvement in assessing coverage and indemnification obligations.
