James E. Davies "Jed" focuses his practice on construction defect, toxic tort, including mold and lead based paint hazards, and mass tort defense involving the construction, ownership and management of real property. Jed's practice also includes intellectual property rights including the proper use of internet domain names and cyber squatting. Jed began his career as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York where he prosecuted property owners for violations of New York City's environmental, health and housing laws and rules. He also defended the City of New York in actions concerning its ownership of real property.
